About
A battery network built for how people actually live
Pocket Power AssetCo is a DREEF cluster company, part of a group of asset-owning businesses that deploy distributed energy infrastructure across Nigeria's underserved communities.
Why a rented battery, not a wired connection
Across the Federal Capital Territory and Nasarawa State, many households and small businesses are too far from a reliable grid connection, or pay more for fuel and generator upkeep than they would for a managed power service. Pocket Power removes the upfront cost and the maintenance burden: you rent a charged pack from a community hub, use it, and bring it back for another when it runs flat.
Every hub is staffed locally, every pack is tracked, and every swap is priced the same way for everyone who walks up to the counter: no connection fee, no meter, no monthly bill.

Pocket Power AssetCo
A DREEF cluster company
Pocket Power is one of the asset-owning businesses in the DREEF cluster, structured to deploy and operate distributed energy infrastructure in Nigerian communities that need it most. That structure is what lets us scale a hub network without passing a large upfront cost on to the households and businesses we serve.
